Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Algorit (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by AdSat Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Nature of the Service

Algorit provides educational pattern-based trade alerts, behavioral analysis, AI coaching, and journaling tools. Algorit is not a financial advisor, broker, or dealer. No content in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

All trade alerts are generated by algorithmic pattern recognition and are intended for educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Phantom P&L

“Phantom P&L” is a simulated tracking feature that calculates what a trade alert would have earned or lost based on market prices. It does not represent actual money, real trades, or account balances. It is an educational tool to help you evaluate alert quality.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Algorit offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store or our web checkout. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy or applicable web checkout terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSAT LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING OPPORTUNITIES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, branding, and UI design in Algorit are owned by AdSat Labs. Your journal entries and personal data remain yours — we claim no ownership over user-generated content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@algorit.app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
